5. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing structure includes:

• Instant Reveal: $0.99 for 1 match reveal
• Strategic Pack: $2.49 for 3 rematches
• Soulmate Pass: $9.99/month for unlimited matches

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Matching Service

Zenera AI provides AI-powered personality matching based on psychological research. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific results or that you will find a compatible match. The success of any relationship depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zenera AI are owned by Zenera AI Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content (quiz responses, profile information), you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

Zenera AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the success of any relationships formed through our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenera AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of California, USA. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
